Domestic Support

Although we prefer to regularly maintain your machines, NCM is available on an ad-hoc basis to sort out problems on a call-out basis. Regular customers can be dealt with on a remote basis, where possible, to save call out and travelling charges.

We will come to you and try to solve your problems on site; however, if the machine is particularly slow or needs extensive repair work, then we’ll remove it and work on it together with other machines so as not to use too much time and cost you too much money!

NCM rates for this work are £45 per hour and a £10 call out to cover travel within a twenty mile radius.
