Commercial Support
Although we prefer to regularly maintain your machines, NCM is available on an ad-hoc basis to sort out problems on a call-out basis. Regular customers can be dealt with on a remote-basis, where possible, to save call out and travelling charges.
Ad Hoc
You can call on NCM to repair a specific fault within your system whenever you need to. This is charged at £45 per hour and there is a £10 call out fee.
Prepaid
You can buy NCM services on-account starting with a block of 5 hours on site and 5 hours remote assistance. This gives you a discounted rate of £40 per hour and can be topped up at any time in 5 hour blocks. This service also gains an immediate response from us when you call.
